Sever Pharma Solutions Announces Appointment of New General Counsel

Sever Pharma Solutions (SPS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Erik Hensfelt as General Counsel, effective February 1, 2026. The appointment was announced by Fredrik Hultenuis, CEO of Sever Pharma Solutions.

Erik brings solid experience from both in-house legal roles and private practice, with a strong background in corporate law, commercial agreements, governance, and M&A. He joins Sever Pharma Solutions from Zebra A/S (Flying Tiger Copenhagen).

Prior to joining Zebra, Erik was Legal Counsel at BONESUPPORT AB, a listed medical device company in Lund, where he was the company’s first in-house legal counsel. In this role, he established the legal function and supported global legal matters.
