4. Use and Storage of Your Data

Sever Pharma uses your personal data solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries about our services when you submit a contact form and to administer your request.

Your personal data is processed because we have a legitimate interest of doing so, such as to maintain and fulfil our undertakings in the customer relationship or the matter and to offer you qualified service when contacting us. 4.1. Contact Form Data: All personal data collected through the contact form is saved and includes your name, email address, and your specific request. IP addresses are anonymized, and backups are retained for 30 days.

4.2. Proxy Log Data: For all website users, anonymized IP addresses and cookie data are stored in our proxy log.

4.3. Data Location: Personal data is stored within the EU, with backups encrypted and stored on a French-based cloud service (specifically, OVH).

4.4. Data Deletion: Upon request, Sever Pharma Solutions can delete all traces of your personal data, including backups, within two business days.

5. How we share your personal data

We may share your personal data with trusted third-party data processors that provides services to us (including e.g., hosting/IT service providers).

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in this Privacy Notice, or as required by law. When determining retention periods, we aim to retain data for the shortest permissible period under the law.
